How to Power Wash Concrete

To clean concrete, you will need a pressure washer, a detergent specifically designed for concrete, a stiff-bristled brush, and a bucket. Start by sweeping or blowing off any loose debris from the concrete surface. Next, mix the detergent according to the manufacturer's instructions in a bucket and apply it to the concrete using a stiff-bristled brush. Allow the detergent to sit for a few minutes to break down dirt and grime. Then, use the pressure washer on a low setting to rinse off the detergent, working from the top down. Be sure to hold the nozzle about two feet away from the concrete surface to avoid damaging it. Finally, rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water and allow it to dry completely.
